ABOUT LINTBELLS
Founded in 2006 by pet lovers John Davies and Dr John Howie, Lintbells’ first product was a solution for pets with itchy skin.
Today the business is better known for its market-leading Joint Care range, which caters for cats, dogs, horses, and humans!
From humble beginnings to the present day, it’s the business’s commitment to scientific research and high-quality ingredients that set it apart from its competitors.
In the words of co-founder John Howie, “I’ve maintained from the start that we should be our own best competitor. If someone is going to try to invent something better than ours, it better be us!”

At Lintbells, we’re on a mission to make life-changing differences to pets around the world with the help of our high-quality supplements and mobility aids.
We’re uncompromising about raising the bar through our products because we want to provide the best possible outcomes for cats, dogs, horses and their owners everywhere.
Our focus is on delivering scientifically proven, world-leading products that support animals from the tip of their nose to the end of their tail. Our goal is to help more than 5 million pets worldwide by 2025.
Of course, how we reach that goal also matters. As a B Corp registered company, we’re committed to building a better business, producing sustainably made, low-carbon products that benefit pets and people without harming the planet.

Andy became a pet parent for the first time in 2023 after welcoming Cockapoo, Ralph into the family.

CFO Stephan joined Lintbells in 2023 and has a ‘characterful’ – some might say neurotic – Jack Russell called Lupa.

Courtney’s adorable Collie, Harp, who is deaf, loves to greet every colleague at their desk as they arrive each morning.
