OUR CULTURE

If we had to describe Lintbells | Home of YuMOVE in three phrases (this will be hard!), it would be this…

Passionate pet enthusiasts

An ambitious community

Welcoming and friendly

We want every colleague to feel involved in the journey we’re on. We’re still developing as a business and how our team feels is hugely important to us.

We’re an inclusive organisation and encourage everyone to have a voice. We communicate regularly on important business changes, what’s going on across departments and how the business is performing.

We also place a huge amount of trust in our team members. We give colleagues the tools and clarity to do their jobs properly and we value autonomy. All team members have the ownership and responsibility to deliver their roles in the way that they see fit.

DOG-FRIENDLY OFFICES

Well behaved pooches are welcome in our offices. We’re kitted out with comfy pet beds and bowls and there are lots wonderful walks nearby.

OPEN PLAN OFFICES

Our offices are open plan to encourage connection and collaboration, with spacious kitchen/informal meeting spaces and plenty of meeting rooms.

SALARIES

Ahhhh, money! The awkward bit. So here goes…

Our pay philosophy is simple – we aim to pay everyone a competitive salary.

Our yearly salary reviews are based on a combination of inflation forecasts, market analysis and benchmarking.

Changes are actioned in April to align with the new tax year, but if we feel you deserve a pay rise before then, we won’t wait till April to take action.

We also offer an annual bonus scheme which is based on a combination of business and personal performance. Although a bonus is not guaranteed, we have a strong track record of paying out this bonus.

EMPLOYEE STORIES

We understand that what you're looking for at work may be different from what another person is seeking.

That’s why we’ll work with you individually to understand what you want to achieve and how we can help you get there.

We put an emphasis on learning and development, covering everything from functional training – think Excel and project management – to behavioural training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership training.

We fully support qualifications if applicable to an individual's role and have supported many colleagues through CIMA, ACCA, CIM and CIPD qualifications.

“When I started at Lintbells, I worked in my school holidays and did a little bit of everything from packing deliveries to handling customer queries.

I then moved into a generalist marketing assistant role and focused on developing my skills in brand, trade and digital marketing whilst studying for my CIM level 3.

I realised I wanted to be more commercial, so focussed on digital marketing and supporting the development of D2C.

I held a few different roles in D2C to develop my skill set and am now Head of Insight, helping to ensure we always meet our customers’ needs.”

Bekky Newton, Head of Insight

“I joined Lintbells as their first in-house Graphic Designer and was responsible for supporting all offline and online design.

When the role got busier, I started hiring people and got promoted to Senior Graphic Designer. Since then, I'm now the B2B & Vet Content Team Lead responsible for all B2B, vet, events and packaging artwork.”

Glenn Walker, B2B & Vet Content Team Lead
