What to expect

Candidates will be contacted via our internal recruiter and, if successful, are then typically invited to take part in two interviews during the selection process. In some cases, a third (or fourth) may be necessary depending on the role level.

You could also be asked to complete a task or presentation as part of the process. If you’re unsure about what’s expected, don’t be afraid to ask for more information.

Dress code-wise, smart casual is good for us. We want you to feel comfortable so that you’re relaxed and able to be yourself. If you have any questions either before, during or after your interview, don’t hesitate to ask.

Our products are sold in more than 20 countries, including the UK, USA, Europe, Asia and New Zealand.

We employ more than 250 people worldwide and are continually growing.

We became B-Corp registered in December 2023.

We were voted #47 in the Top 100 UK mid-sized companies in 2021.

We’re a Private Equity backed business and our PE partners are Inflexion. They support us with our vision and strategies.

We are a two-time winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (2016 and 2018) and a 2023 recipient of the first-ever King’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade.

Our dedication to scientifically backed pet supplements is what sets us apart from our competitors.
