PREPARING FOR YOUR INTERVIEW

What to expect

Candidates will be contacted via our internal recruiter and, if successful, are then typically invited to take part in two interviews during the selection process. In some cases, a third (or fourth) may be necessary depending on the role level.

You could also be asked to complete a task or presentation as part of the process. If you’re unsure about what’s expected, don’t be afraid to ask for more information.

Dress code-wise, smart casual is good for us. We want you to feel comfortable so that you’re relaxed and able to be yourself. If you have any questions either before, during or after your interview, don’t hesitate to ask.

When will I hear back about my application?

We aim to get back to you within 72 hours. 

How many interview stages will there be?

This will depend on the role however, there are usually 2/3 interview stages.

Will I be asked to complete an interview task?

In some cases, you’ll be asked to complete a task; this usually happens at the second stage of the interview.

What should I wear to my interview?

We want you to feel relaxed and at ease during your interview, so smart casual is best.

Can I park easily?

Yes, there is free parking at both our Weston and Luton sites. We will book you a space at Luton as spaces are more limited.

Can I bring my dog with me?

We love dogs and run dog-friendly offices, so your pet is welcome to attend. However, you might want to consider whether your pet will cause a distraction to you and your interviewers if they become restless, and how they might feel in new, unfamiliar surroundings.
